Papillion – Shadow Lake Reviews

Our dog loved running and playing with other dogs. The staff are attentive and take good care of the dogs. They also have great prices and offer a variety of things like grooming, nail trims, boarding
My Lilly is always so happy and excited to go, she loves it. All of the staff is wonderful and we feel safe leaving her.
Both dogs were well treated and came home happy. Great place to provide stimulus and burn off energy.
Staff seems genuinely happy to see Sophie and Bo
Great staff and our dog is having a great time
I love everyone that works at Dogtopia. It has been wonderful for both Daisy Mae and me. On occasion Daisy has spent the night and has been well cared for each time. All the employees love puppies (dogs) and it definitely shows in the care of the dogs and the cleanliness of the facility.
Sometimes when I ask for curb service, they always accommodate my request; i also use Leash from time to time to pick up and deliver and that has been a blessing for me. They have special treat days and it makes for fun with the pups. Very entertaining.
With the camera capability, I am able to check on Daisy at various times of the day and have never found reason for concern. I highly recommend this particular Dogtopia and rate it as excellent.
Dogtopia Team (Shadow Lake in Papillion) is the Best!
To see how excited my Dog Daisy gets when she is told going to see her friends. She can’t wait to get out of the car and run inside and play. It makes me feel really good to see her so happy and to not have to worry. I can go on about my day knowing she is having fun with her friends and coaches. To know she is being well taken care of and that I can totally trust the team with my dog whether she is there for the day, getting spa treatments or boarding – Is a Great Feeling and Dogtopia Shadow Lake is Simply the Best!
I have taken my dogs to different boarding and dog daycare in the past and by far this is the best place I have found.
The staff was so friendly and loved Rupert like he was their own. Staff was very informative and flexible with drop off and pick up times! Major plus was Rupert loved going to play and came home tired!!
Your employees like the dogs – know them each individually and by name. The dogs like them back.
