The staff was friendly and informative, and Layla was happy when we picked her up. Unfortunately, soon after picking her up, she had diarrhea. I packed her treats since she has a sensitive stomach, but I’m unsure if the staff fed her treats to Layla. The upset stomach could have been due to new treats or something else.

I love everything about your facility and Bethpage the people that work there are friendly and on top of things. It’s clean it’s the rooms are big and inviting.
And the main selling point to me is the cameras that I can go on once or twice a day and see my dog running around I’ve also use the spa services for bathing and been very satisfied.

I shouldn’t have to pay for outside time. It’s important for their health, especially since my dog was boarded for multiple days. It should be free.
Our needs are always met. Our dog is greeted with warm smiles and she comes home happy and tired.
