Kayla Wygand, General Manager
Hi, my name is Kayla! From my very first job to my current role at Dogtopia of Bethpage, my entire career has been built around one thing: dogs. I’ve spent years managing kennels, leading daycare teams, supporting pet parents, and creating safe, joyful environments where every pup can thrive.
Working with dogs isn’t just what I do — it’s who I am. Nothing makes me happier than watching a dog light up the moment they walk through our doors, make new friends, or have the most exciting day ever in our playrooms and yard. Every tail wag, goofy smile, and zoomie reminds me why I chose this path: to make each dog’s day brighter, safer, and full of fun!
