The staff is very friendly and there is someone there 24 hrs
The staff were very friendly and engaged well with my puppy, I was able to check on her via the webcam throughout the day. Scheduling is easy through the app. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Thoughtful and loving care of my 2 dogs
I liked the attentiveness when I came by for a tour and the detailed information provided to my questions. I also like the ability to see my pup via the Dogtopia app on my mobile device. Overall, the staff is very courteous and kind to my pup which gives me comfort in knowing he will be taken care of while at Dogtopia.
I loved the service but when I asked how much do I have to pay for my dog to stay. The staff told me nothing. I had the free one day when I came back to get my dog another staff was there and told me I owe $27.00 dollars. I told her the other staff told me I had a free day
the staff greets you and your dog like your family when you arrive. I get to wath my dog on the webcam and and assured my dog is in good care.
