You need to separate the rambunctious medium dogs from the small dogs. The medium dogs are too rough and I see them taking over the area while the small dogs have to stand or sit along the side and basically lost their play area. I’ve seen them bump into the small dogs several times when they run around and I’ve also seen them push off a smaller dog from the play stage a few times. I’ve also seen smaller dogs try to hide under the play stage. It’s too stressful for them. The larger dogs are dominating the space. When I enrolled my Toybox sized dog, there was a separate group for medium dogs which was one of the reasons I chose Dogtopia. It’s so disappointing that for some reason, the middle size dog group has now been combined with the toybox size dogs. Also, there was then a divider places in the room that basically gave the toybox size dogs less than a quarter of the space to play but my price is not quarter sized. I pay the same price as those with larger dogs. I am rethinking if Dogtopia is the right place for my dogs.

Dogtopia has provided wonderful care for our dog zippy. We’ve used doggy daycare as well as boarding and spa services and have been very happy with all of the services provided. Great staff.

Easy drop off and pick up, web cams so I can check on my boy. Staff is always friendly and my Snowflake really likes it there.

I have been coming to Dogtopia in Bethpage for several years now and they are by far the BEST PLACE for doggy daycare and boarding!!! The staff is super super helpful, professional, helpful, comforting and they take amazing care of my Papi!!! I do not bring my dog anywhere else, Dogtopia in Bethpage is the only place I trust to have my dog boarded especially because they have someone there overnight with the dogs which you will not find anywhere else. Thank you to the staff at Dogtopia, you all are the BEST!!!!!!!

The pick up was less than desirable
I had to come back for food and water bowls.
Waited for pick up and the reaponse was not great.
It seemed there was an emergency and only two staff members there.
That was concerning
I requested a bath but that did not happen
Still waiting for the receipt and itemized bill

I know my dog is safe and the staff is caring when he is at Dogtopia. I just wish the water bowls were high on a stand so they didn’t spill because my white English cream comes home black every time. Otherwise, Dogtopia is amazing!!

I love the daycare. My dogs come home exhausted.
I love the events. To see the dogs dressed up & the pics we get. I love the spa. My dogs smell beautiful.
And I love the staff. So kind, friendly , helpful & informative.

Dogtopia is a safe, fun place that we can bring our dog and we know he’s cared for just as much as he is at home!! The facility is clean, the pricing is reasonable, and we always appreciate the flexibility when we need to bring him to daycare or boarding (or daycare turns into boarding!). I love that they have events during each month and snacks we can choose for our dog to receive. Every worker has been thoughtful and kind. We love seeing him on the webcam!
