webcam, friendly staff, clean environment, hours of operation – need 7 to 7.

Wonderful!!!!

I love the staff, the webcams and the fact that someone is there overnight with the dogs when we board. What I think could be improved is the enrollment plan for daycare across locations. I live between 2 locations, Bethpage and Garden City NY which is awesome because one location is close to my commuting route and one is good for the weekends. Today I would have to open and pay for enrollment for each location which is not ideal. Reason being I may not use both locations in one week. Please review with your Senior Mgmt as this would be an attractive feature for customers with access and use of more than one location. Otherwise the Staff and facilities are AMAZING and again the fact that someone stays overnight with the dogs that are boarding is a differentiator so place DO NOT change that because I know that this is not the case in all your locations. Thankfully I will be boarding my dog in your Bethpage facility in December and this is why I chose Dogtopia. Hope this helps!!

Dogtopia Bethpage is the absolute best! The staff is so friendly and they always greet Petey and I with a smile. Our dog loves the time he gets to spend with the other dogs and staff – and the team at Dogtopia always keeps us informed of whats going on and reaches out for all types of fun activities and initiatives they are doing. They think outside the box and what I love most is that they keep our dog happy and safe. The space is clean, he goes there for boarding as well as daycare – and the treatment we receive is top notch. I would recommend Dogtopia Bethpage to anyone looking for a safe place for their dog to have the best day ever. Thanks for everything always Dogtopia Bethpage! -AC

I love how friendly everyone is and how they love my pup up when she walks (or should i say runs!) in the door. I love how excited she gets when we pull up and i especially love how clean the facility is. Dogtopia is the BEST!

I like that the staff, from the front desk to the handlers in the rooms to the managers, show a genuine interest and concern for my dog. I like and appreciate that you are open to suggestions to improve my dog’s time and well-being while under your care. I like that you have cameras for me to access so I can check in on my dog throughout the day. I like that you have 2 hours of quiet time set aside for them to rest and relax during the day. I like that you are very conscience of keeping a clean environment. I’m very happy with my dog attending Dogtopia at Bethpage!

Very Professional and Excellent

My pup always has the best time when he goes to Dogtopia! He absolutely loves Kelsey and Zach, and they treat him like he is their own. He also loves the freedom and fun time with his best friends. I recommend this location to everyone! Dogtopia is the best place for my pup and I’m not sure what I would do without them!
