I like that I can see the dogs, the facility is cleaning and the trainers are all nice and know what they are doing.
Give me a boarding report card of how well or not so well my dog did while in your care. If he ate etc. I was told about it but I received nothing in writing. Not a huge deal but it would be nice.
Everything! The attention, the care, the cameras, and the staff, and Hershey loves the snacks!
My pup is happy to go in and tired when he gets home. I didn’t have to force him inside, he doesn’t seem scared to go in like our old daycare which makes me feel better. I also love having the access to the cameras to be able to check on him throughout the day. It’s a great relief knowing I can see how happy he is playing with the other dogs and making friends.
