Transparency on policy and how the system there works.
Excellent staff, wonderful with communication. Im so impressed they recognized our pup after only 2 visits. I legit dont mind the rising cost because I hope that means the excellent staff is being taken care of. I truly trust the current staff completely, so I hope theyre being treated well.
Our dog is so happy, she comes home exhausted. Dogtopia has been perfect for helping her lose weight and manage her separation anxiety. I cant wait to hear about her finally making friends there.
The facility is clean and very well organized. Most importantly, the trainers treat my baby girl like I like her to be treated
I appreciate that there is an employee in with the dogs at all times and that they engage with the dogs. I also like the ability to check in with the webcam.
Your staff is very nice and helpful and the place is spotless and smells clean.

Staff is very caring and responsive to any questions. They greet Goldie in the morning as if she was their own. We also use the Dash app to track her steps and she gets plenty of exercise at daycare.
Very flexible. Wonderful people. They take such good care of my pup.
