That as a first time I got a tour, how clean the facilities were, how knowledgeable and friendly the staff was and the webcams. As well as all the fun treat days and how they gave Ahsoka a pup cup for her birthday!! I felt like she was truly taken care of.

Everyone is friendly and they know my puppies name and they greet her….I get daily reports if I as about her day

This was my first experience with a groomer for my dog. I was extremely impressed with the communication with the groomer, Claudia. She texted me the day before asking what exactly k was looking for in my dogs haircut. When I got him back he was perfect, his hair was silky and he smelled great. I was very pleased with Claudia’s services.

Caring and kind staff. My dog is safe and loved at Dogtopia. Facilities are very clean and he gets plenty of stimulation and dog and people friendship. Love it here!

My senior dog is always excited to play with his calmer friends. Love that they have separate rooms suited to different energy levels. My dog leaves happy and well cared for.

I appreciate the ability to watch cameras to see my pup play when he is there, the welcoming environment from the beginning, and the organization of the operation. It’s also such a friendly environment that while still being fairly new to dropping off my dog, the employees all know me/what dog belongs to me!

Everyone is very friendly to my dog and us. They really try to make sure our dog is having fun. They have cute treats or crafts throughout the month which is fun.
