Reliable daycare, convenient grooming, great hours to adjust with my work schedule, and the staff is wonderful.

Friendliness of staff and you do it all there. Daycare, boarding & grooming. You didn’t shy off when I said my dog needed antibiotics while we were away. There is a can do attitude there.

Many things…. Friendly caring staff who obviously like the dogs , additional services as needed, cleanliness of the facility , special treats , overall positive environment for our dogs.

Coaches are always attentive. They are constantly cleaning and paying attention to the pups. The administrative team is always helpful. There are always fun activities. I also love being able to check in on the video feed to see our pup throughout the day.

My pup seems to really like the facility and personnel, as do I.

My pup has only had one day there but it went very well. As my pup was used to doggy daycare in Florida where I previously lived, I was very happy to find Dogtopia in Latham.

I love the staff, the services offered, and the cleanliness of the facility. We have a small dog who is anxious, so he follows the staff around to feel comfortable, and the staffers let him know that he is safe. I love having the option to view our dog at play, but I really do feel comfortable that Finnigan is being well cared for during his stays (both daycare and boarding). The spa staff is great as well.

I highly recommend Dogtopia!!!!!

This was a first for my dog and myself. In all the years I’ve owned a dog, never had to board before. The staff at Dogtopia were incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and polite.
My vet was the one who recommended Dogtopia and I’m glad they did. Sasha came home tired and happy. I will use the services again. Kudos to the staff! And a big thank you!
