Reliable, friendly, flexible to human customers…and my dog seems to really like it there!! Taylor is fantastic—never harried and always delightful.
Customer focus could improve on the part of some employees
I would like to see the people in the room with the dogs play & interact with the dogs some rather than the dogs just wandering around aimlessly. I would like to have my dog using this mind & being exercised. The folks are very kind & all, but I think the “interaction” with the dogs could be stepped up some.
Dogtopia has very friendly employees and great hours. My dog is always happy going there.
Our dog loves it here. Good amount of space, both indoor and outdoor (garage door makes it easy for them to go in and out) and the suite availability for overnight stays is important for our rescue dog that has crate anxiety.
Easy drop off and pick up. Front desk new my dogs name at pick up after meeting me only one time.
I love how flexible the staff is. Last minute appointments, no problem. Need to cancel or modify an appointment, also no problem. And I love being able to watch my dog on the webcam.
We used the grooming service with Kathy, she is the best when it comes to get our doggie clean and stylish 🙂 thanks Kathy
