I am a bit conern how my experience will be. I used Dogtopia in Mt Kisco in 2019 but stopped when my dog appeared to be crated for long periods. Used Port Chester facility during vacation and was okay with service. Then used the facilities in New Rochelle and was dissatisfied. The smell was too strong and both my dos ended with severe diarrhea after there stay. At Mt Kisco the smell was strong when I went to do inquiries but was better when we went for the meet n greet. Stay at daycare was fine on this day. Hopefully experience it will stay positive.

Everything. Most of all the staff is wonderful and they love the dogs. They bring lots of happiness to their caring for all the dogs. I know my dog Lucy loves going to Dogtopia and she gets the attention she needs from the staff. It’s a great place.

The staff! Everyone you come in contact with has a smile on their face. Love the hours of operation. My dog has always has a great experience when he comes.

I found Dogtopia to be clean, sanitary, organized and found the staff friendly, receptive, caring and professional. Our favorite all-time dog groomer, Cathy, is now part of the staff, which makes Dogtopia the place I will always bring my dogs for their grooming needs and care.

I like the hours, the flexibility, the attention of staff.

The staff we met were great, Taylor who interviewed Tipper and I, Sabrina at the counter and Nadia who does grooming (and I had met through my last dog.)

The facility was very clean and I loved the way they introduced Tipper to the other dogs.

Day Care is a little expensive, so we will look through and figure out how to manage his enrollment. I also like the half day, but he misses out on the resting time.

My only problem is with the bathroom arrangement. Generally in other day care we have used the dog can be walked. Taylor explained that the dogs consider it ‘outside’ but it makes me a bit wary. My daughter’s dog may be interested in joining. I will get back to the desk and arrange times for Tipper to com and play. Thanks to everyone for their time and hospitality.
