The staff is wonderful and my dog is always happy to go to Dogtopia and see all his human and furry friends

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Felicia is consistently professional and pleasant to see at drop off and pick up. More than anything, my dog loves to be there and that assuages our guilt in having to leave her.

I like how you make sure the dogs are compatible. I also appreciate the webcams and the hours at Dogtopia. Im also excited to have you right in my neighborhood!

The cameras and phone system desperatley need to be upgraded both for checking in with our girl in real time, and communicating with staff in a clear, concise manner via their IP system.

Everything, the staff at white flint is outstanding from leadership(Nicole) to front desk staff and the classroom attendees…and Greg is to be recognized for the outstanding love and attention he shows to every dog that comes in; he makes you feel you are his favorite but he loves them all… keep up the good work team! It starts from the top by setting examples and everyone is leading by example…proud to have Maduro part of this family…love the fun activities you are incorporating
