The staff is wonderful and very caring. My dog had a very difficult time adapting to being near people outside the family. The coaches made him feel comfortable and safe and after a while, he was able to go to the room with the other dogs!

Although we have a crate set up for our dog, he wouldn’t go near it. At Dogtopia, they worked with him to get him comfortable and now he will go into the crate at Dogtopia.

The only thing I don’t like is being asked to do so many surveys!

Everyone at Dogtopia is so super friendly and caring with all the furbabies. Our little picky Yorkie is always happy going in for daycare and happy coming out!
We feel safe traveling knowing Zen is in great caring hands.

The last time I brought our dog in the smell of urine was very strong in the reception area. We don’t visit Dogtopia daily or even weekly but I have not experienced an overwhelming smell of urine before.

That same day I asked to use the bathroom and was taken aback by how unclean it was. I understand that your energy and focus is on the dogs. But the level of uncleanliness was worse than some gas station bathrooms I’ve encountered. I felt nauseous just being in there.

Dog- and people-friendly staff. Simba loves to play and comes home tired. Great inside play area when weather limits going outside.

Staff is very friendly. Louie seems to be happy there.

The staff is very caring of my dog and always courteous and friendly during drop off and pick up.
