White Flint Reviews

The staff is very caring! They seem to truly enjoy being with our dogs and showing them love!

Dogtopia is amazing! Such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The team is incredibly caring and treats my pup like their own family. My dog absolutely loves going there to play. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and personalized attention. I appreciate the live cams, as well as the mandatory crate break at midday to give the dogs a chance to rest.

Availability of services. The great customer service. The prices of the various services.

Very friendly and responsive customer service. Most importantly, the people were dog lovers and I could tell me dogs were not traumatized by the experience. The groomers put them at ease and took very good care of them.

Would be nice to offer dogs some outdoor time if possible.
Staff no longer seems to be sitting at the front desk, often have to signal for the person inside Toybox to radio the staff to receive a drop off.

Facility grand. Staff terrific…I know because Cooper pulls me to go in and meet his friends(human and canine). Cannot really say that you all are JUST a substitute as I no longer can run with Cooper. You all are a great addition to his health and welfare. Many thanks [NAME REMOVED] AND Cooper

Dogtopia White Flint has wonderful, smiling, friendly, enthusiastic welcoming dog people! They come across as loving their job! Makes all the difference.

We are so happy we found Dogtopia-white flint! When my dog first started going, he was pretty shy and took some time to adjust. But the staff here are so kind, patient, and truly amazing with the dogs. Now, my dog gets so excited and loves going to daycare every single time. Highly recommend to any pet parents!

Ace is always well taken care of at Dogtopia
