We love Dogtopia and the staff at White Flint but I recently had a disappointing experience during his boarding stay November 28-30. I just bought our dog Sonny a new crate mat to sleep on at home and when boarding. When I dropped off Sonny on Friday, he had a clean brand new mat with him. When I picked him up Sunday, his mat was so dirty covered in black dog hair (Sonny has white fur). There was also dirt marks and food stains on the mat so I know the mat was not used by my dog. This was very upsetting since I just bought the mat for my dog, I didn’t even take it home it was so gross. The staff agreed it looked dirty and they indicated that all the mats for dogs get thrown together in one room so I am sure some other dog used his mat and ruined it for us.
For the amount of money my family spends at this location, I am very upset and will consider other daycare/boarding options.

Convenient location (White Flint). Dogs seem happy. Staff are friendly and are also enthusiastic dog owners.

Dogtopia is a wonderful place for your dog. My dog gets very excited when I tell him he is going to doggie daycare. I have been taking him for over 4 years and have always appreciated the excellent and caring staff. They greet my dog warmly and he is so excited to see everyone. They plan fun and funny events each month and overall is is a joy to take my dog to Dogtopia. I highly recommend them for both daycare and boarding.
