I used Dogtopia of White Flint for daycare and boarding my pug, Molly for the last 4 years. We just recently moved to another state and it felt like we were moving away from family. Molly was so excited to go to daycare every week and could not wait to get out of the car. She loved the staff and the manager Greg. I know that from how she greeted the staff when she got checked in. Seeing her wag her tail with excitement told me how comfortable she was with the staff. They treated her like she was their own. They became like family and were always there to help with boarding, especially during emergencies. I highly recommend Dogtopia of White Flint! Thank you so much!!

The people at Dogtopia are always very welcoming. They take great care of my very strong Staffy. The communicate if there ever is an issue or concern. They provide great spa services for my Staffy.

Overall, we appreciate the care and attention given to our dog at daycare. One area that could be improved is the smell inside the facility. At times, the location smells strongly of dog urine and wet/dirty dogs, and our dog has occasionally come home smelling the same way. Because of this, we usually schedule a bath after daycare. Improving ventilation and odor control would really enhance the experience for both pets and owners.

Staff seems happy in their work, glad to be thy better, have upbeat greeting for the dog and the owner. I like that the window to Toybox lets me peek in on my puppy…

Everything. My dog is very excited when I drive up to Dogtopia and can’ wait to get inside. The staff is very caring and makes my dog feel at ease.

Friendly staff and my dog loves going. She has also become a lot better at playing with other dogs since she has gone to Dogtopia. She has become less rough when playing and learned to leave dogs alone when not interested which I credit Dogtopia. The staff is also really great and remembers me and my dog which makes things really nice

My only reason it’s not a 10 is because sometimes she comes home dirty, which I don’t put on the staff but the small room especially when there is a lot of dogs. Wish the room was larger or had an outside portion

The staff is great at Dogtopia. My dog has been coming there since he was very young. He is a high energy dog and when I ask him if he wants to go to doggie day care and see his friends he immediately jumps up and down and wiggles in excitement. That says it all for me. I highly recommend Dogtopia.
