The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about dogs and how the correctly take care of my pet. I have a large breed dog and these dogs can be intimidating to inexperienced handlers however the staff at Dogtopia were very experienced and had no such problems.

My dog appears comfortable there and the staff is wonderful

I have no doubt that my dog receives great care from the staff. However, this most recent visit makes the third time my dog has come home with kennel cough. Now she cannot participate in the neighborhood group walk, which is very inconvenient for me. As much as I appreciate the group play model, I am afraid Dogtopia may not be the best place for us for overnights.
