Odd that one dog was deactivated but was there same day as a dog that was active. Both of them had 1 day left on pass and there was. O notification of the deactivation. Owners should be notified do they are trying to drop off animals before work and told they can not.

My dog is always so eager and happy to stay, and I always feel like he is well taken care of while at Dogtopia. A couple things that have changed that I would like to bring up: drop off an hour prior to close for boarding equated to a half-day daycare charge, which I think is unreasonable. Also, I used to get frequent updates (once every couple of days) via text when my pup would stay for multiple days just letting me know that he was doing ok and that he was behaving himself…he just stayed for 9 nights and I did not receive anything, which is fine but I thought it was a really nice touch when you all used to give the small updates. I still check in on the cameras multiple times daily, but it was a bonus to get the text too. I am very appreciative of the wonderful care and will continue to bring my dog, just wanted to bring these items to your attention.

My dog has a great time every time and is also tuckered out afterwards. It’s nice to have a place to bring him that makes me feel less guilty leaving him at home everyday

They care about n my dog. They don’t “profile” her but other help her with her discipline. They also shower her with love.
