All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I know my dog Skye is in good hands when I leave her at Dogtopia and I have the added assurance of being able to watch her play via the live webcam. The staff is also very responsive whenever I have a question.
I love the way the staff treats my Nala and, the way they listen to my concerns and stories. Honestly, I had almost lost hope with my fur baby. Nala was a destructive hyper dog who constantly escaped from her crate or just destroyed my home. She had really bad separation anxiety but thanks to Dogtopia and their doggy daycare team, my Nala has become a more calm, non destructive, and lovable dog. Thank you Dogtopia for being there to support her energy and love my fur baby just as much as I do, I don’t know what I would do with out your team.
Nala also thanks you for the best treats and care that you provide for her with craft days and eating competitions, by the end of the day she just wants to go home and sleep.
The thing that I like the most is the way my dog is treated at dogtopia. He is a reactive excited dog. I’ve been to many places that gave me details on his poor behavior. When I bring Moe to dogtopia everyone knows him and his excitability and yet still manages to greet him with a smile, a belly rub and sometimes even kisses. I know when he has to be removed from the group, I see it on the camera and I’m okay with that. It’s the only way he will learn. Telling me how poorly he behaved when I pick him up will never correct his behavior. I’m so happy that the staff at dogtopia know how to handle him.

The Old Bridge staff is always working hard to make sure your pup is happy and well cared for. They’re attentive, caring, and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. I always know my dog is in great hands at Dogtopia!

The attention given to the pets, and a pleasant staff. Also, the willingness to accommodate customers if unexpected scheduling changes occur.
Drop off and pick up for doggy day care is efficient. Siggy comes home happy and tired.
