I had trouble accessing the WebCam initially and I was worried about my dog because it was her first time there though eventually I was able to get on. My dog gets pushed around in a pack and I would’ve like to talk about that with someone I called and left a message didn’t hear back. a daily sheet or some sort of summary when I picked her up after three days would’ve been nice so I know how she did while she was there. My husband was told she did good and that was it. Although to be fair, he probably should’ve asked more questions. Basically communication could be improved, but I understand everyone’s busy caring for the dogs.
I like the cam so you can check on your pup. The staff shows great care and patience with all the dogs.
It would be great to have cam viewing when the dogs are outside in the yard.
Dogs are divided into separate rooms according to size. Staff is always available in areas where dogs are and they monitor the dogs closely to ensure safety. There are craft events which the dogs participate in and many other activities during the year.
