I checked the camera multiple times during my girls stay. I’m not sure if it was my phone or your camera, but I often found either the camera was not working or I could not connect. Yes, I understand the cameras are off from 12:00 – 2:00. But I was checking at other times.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They really seem to care admire the dogs. Facility is clean and well maintained.
Staff super nice. Close by. Clean. Super easy to get set up and book! Love the cameras to be able to check in when I want! Dogs seemed to really enjoy it.

Accomodating
Ease of scheduling, drop off and pick up. Can connect over text. My pup loves her play time (she is an introvert) and is never forced to do anything against her wishes. During the dog cough outbreak we stopped her weekly daycare and she gained 3lbs. She is happier and healthier at Dogtopia.
Very friendly staff, they always take good care of my dog. He always smells great after his baths! He loves it there and if he’s happy, I’m happy! Thank you for all you do!
