Lady had to be re-evaluated (we moved over an hour away and just hadn’t been back much). I was nervous as she is a very protective and anxious little girl and can get very nippy. However, she did very well and did not nip at the employee during her evaluation. I was told the only time she became nippy was when dogs kept getting in her face, which they understood as she was setting her boundaries.

Lady passed and while I was visiting family, I left her for a few hours. I could see on the webcams that she was not 100% “comfortable” and still trying to adjust but eventually, she started to play and I was happy to see how much attention the employees gave her in the “toybox”. When I picked her up, I was pleased with the feedback. They confirmed what I saw – she did well but definitely took time adjusting. This may seem like a small or insignificant detail but having a dog with high anxiety, details like this are extremely important to me as they help me track her progress. I need to know how she’s adjusting, good or bad. With a dog like Lady, no detail is too small. Especially considering when she would go regularly, she was progressing, especially with people.

My Pup absolutely loves her new daycare! She has left there so happy after each visit.

The staff really cares about the pets in their care. I’m always comfortable leaving my dog with them when I have to go out of town.

Friendly front desk very workers were amazing

When you advertise special days for the dogs like prom,pictures with santa,ugly sweater day etc go through with it . Also I saw where dogs had their picture taken for their birthday but it was only a few of them and not all and they didnt get posted. Also a copy of the contract you sign when you enroll the dog should be given to customer.

We just started bringing our puppy Harley to day care . This place is so clean, and the staff are so friendly. I know my dog is getting well taken care of. I love that I can see how she’s doing on camera . She loves going and I have peace of mind, knowing she’s in good hands. I would highly recommend Dogtopia.

Being able to socialize our dogs with other dogs. Being able to go away and know the dogs are safe and taken care of. The staff was extremely friendly.

I would like to see you add hair cutting to your list of spa services.

The young women working the desk and working with the dogs are great. They are all kind and diligent and I totally trust them with my dog. The atmosphere has never returned to how great it was before the terrible manager was hired and then fired. If there is a full time manager now, I never see that person. I would recommend that you pay very close attention to keeping the great people who are working directly with the customers and the dogs.
