The staff is very attentive to the pups/dogs including mine and some offer that extra TLC which is why I am very comfortable leaving my baby with them.
The staff, the facilities (including play rooms used to divide up various sizes of dogs), and the webcam that allows us to check on our dog during his stay.
You guys are awesome at what you do! I feel calm and happy that my fur baby is taken cared of at your Dog West facility, and it is very easy to drop off/ pick up my little pup any time we visit.
Our dog is an older dog and likes to play but will get tired. Not sure if each dog’s kennel is open for them to lay down if they want except at nap time and at night.
