Tier #1 – Obedience Essentials (Foundational Communication)
These skills focus on building the initial communication and control necessary for everyday life. Perfect for new puppies or recently adopted dogs.
- Sit, Down & Stay (45 minutes) – $70.00 + HST
Teach reliable positions used for calmness and settling on cue. Your dog will master responding instantly to verbal and hand cues in a quiet environment.
- “Come” Intro (45 minutes) – $75.00 + HST
The initial steps for reliable recall, focusing on high motivation and immediate return in low-distraction environments. Your dog will master immediately turning and returning when called, up to 10 feet away.
- Puppy Leash Training (45 minutes) – $85.00 + HST
Introduction to loose-leash walking, teaching your dog to walk beside you without pulling or lunging. Your dog will master maintaining slack in the leash for short periods, reducing pulling intensity.
Tier #2 – Real-World Life Skills (Impulse Control & Safety)
These advanced skills focus on impulse control and reliability in the face of distractions, crucial for public outings and home manners.
- Leave It & Drop It (45 minutes) – $85.00 + HST
Advanced impulse control; teaching your dog to ignore forbidden items (food, trash, dropped items) and safely release things they are holding. Your dog will master ignoring food on the floor, as well as dropping a toy or shoe on command.
- Reliable Recall (Proofing) (45 minutes) – $100.00 + HST
Proofing the “Come” command with increasing distractions (toys, people, sounds) and greater distance. Your dog will master returning consistently in the park or backyard, ignoring mild distractions.
- Touch Command (45 minutes) – $60.00 + HST
This cue asks your dog to voluntarily and gently press their nose to a specified target teaching focus and movement. Your dog will master disengaging from distractions to immediately re-engage with you.
- Place Command (45 minutes) – $70.00 + HST
Training your dog to go to a mat or bed and stay there until released. Excellent for visitors and meal times. Your dog will master settling quietly on their designated spot for 5+ minutes while you move around.
- Polite Greetings (45 minutes) – $80.00 + HST
Eliminating jumping on guests or family members at the door. Focuses on using the “Sit” or “Down” command for greeting. Pet Parents are encouraged to join the class! Your dog will master greeting visitors with four paws on the floor, calmly accepting a pet.
- Advanced Leash Pulling (45 minutes) – $95.00 + HST
This training uses positive reinforcement and specialized management equipment to teach the dog that the presence of tension on the leash stops all forward movement. Your dog will master to inhibit the urge to rush toward high-value distractions (like squirrels, other dogs, or interesting smells).
Tier #3 – Specialized Behavioral Topics
These sessions address specific nuisance behaviors, deep-rooted issues, or prepare dogs for necessary life events.

Crate Confidence (45 minutes) – $95.00 + HST
Overcoming fear, anxiety or whining in the crate. Focuses on building positive association and den security. Your dog will master calmly entering and settling in the crate for brief periods without protest.
- Leash Walking: Reactivity and Fear Control (45 minutes) – $110.00 + HST
This session provides the owner with management tools and specific techniques to safely maintain their dog’s emotional threshold on walks. The goal is to replace panic, fear, or frustration with a feeling of safety, calmness, and focused attention on the handler. Your dog will master recognizing and managing their own emotional limit before reacting.
- Resource Guarding (45 minutes) – $110.00 + HST
Management and counter-conditioning protocols reduce aggression or possessiveness over food, toys or people. Your dog will master safely giving up a guarded item in exchange for a high-value treat.
- Grooming Prep (45 minutes) – $95.00 + HST
Minimum four-week training program designed to help your dog feel confident, relaxed, and ready for their spa day. We use positive reinforcement to desensitize your pup to the sounds of clippers and dryers, the sensation of being brushed and the handling of sensitive paws.
