Better consistency with staff. Staff has been great been seem to change frequently. Love the activities and webcam. Provide 24 hour staffing for boarding.

The friendly staff that welcome Rudy when he comes in and how much Rudy gets so excited when I tell him he has school today. That tells me the staff does an excellent job working with him when he wants to come.
