Meet the Team

Rachel Cox, Owner

Rachel’s passion for pet care began at just 16 years old when she started her own successful pet sitting business with her business partner. While attending Florida State University studying pre-med with the goal of becoming a veterinarian, she continued gaining hands-on experience working at a local pet resort and learning the many ways pets thrive through quality care, enrichment, and connection.
After graduating from FSU, Rachel knew her path was leading her back to what she loved most – creating exceptional experiences for pets and their people through daycare, boarding, and spa services.
Her journey has also been shaped by leadership and dedication, including serving as an FFA officer and competing in hunter jumper events – experiences that taught her responsibility, commitment, and the importance of building strong relationships.
Now, Rachel is proud to bring that passion to the Dogtopia brand – a community committed to pet wellness, health, and providing a safe, loving environment where dogs can be their happiest selves.
Alongside her best four-legged partner Willow 🐶, Rachel is excited to welcome you into our Dogtopia family. We can’t wait to meet you and your pups!

Ciara Reynolds, Canine Coach Trainer (CCT), Dogtopia National Boot Camp Trainer (BCT)

Hi! I’m Ciara, and I’ve been working in the dog industry for about five years and working for Dogtopia for over 2 years. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember. I currently have three of my own—a Rottweiler, a Malinois, and a Doodle—so needless to say, dogs are a pretty big part of my everyday life!

Over the years, I’ve learned that every dog has their own personality, quirks, and way of communicating. I really enjoy taking the time to understand them. I feel like understanding dogs comes pretty naturally to me, and one of my favorite parts of working with them is building that trust and connection.

Outside of work, I’m definitely a homebody and love spending time with my dogs. I enjoy being around my family and friends, getting outside with my pups, and just enjoying the little things in life. I’ve always been someone who cares deeply about animals, so being able to work with dogs every day is something I’m genuinely grateful for.

I’m excited to continue learning, growing, and getting to know all of the different personalities that come through Dogtopia!
