The videocam goes down fairly frequently. Also wish the cam was able to view the entire room instead of just one spot in the room.

Everyone is very sweet. Crates are a bit small for boarding however i haven’t seen what they actually look like. Boarding rules should be stated like if they can bring their own bedding, toys, how food is given etc.
You are great with the dogs. Very flexible. My dog loves going there.
