Love that the dogs free play throughout the day and get to socialize without being in pens/crates for the majority of their time. And the staff, each person, is so friendly and helpful. It feels like a healthy and positive environment from the moment you step in the door.

Love the amount of social time Zeus had with the other dogs! It’s just what I was hoping for.
A trained team member was always in the room with them watching and interacting. Everyone there was very informative and nice. We’ll be back soon!

We love bringing our boy to Dogtopia and he really enjoys his time. The biggest concern that we have is with the level of turnover at the location. There seems to be a level of uneasiness with new K9 coaches which causes there to be an absence of control and high emotions in the room. Additional training or even having a seasoned coach in the room with the new ones would be greatly beneficial. We consider bringing our boy a luxury and it’s great to have the personal connection with the employees in the lobby. This was really strong with Alexa and Randy but can be improved with the current employees. They always made a point to connect and made us feel like we were valued. The current desk team is still really nice and the interaction is “fine” but can be more cold than what we were used to.

My dog had his meet and greet recently. I appreciate the attention to details and care that went into the process. I have to board him soon and he’s never been boarded or away from us for an extended time. It made me feel better about the upcoming trip.

I’m able to see my dog through the web camera for the most part of the day. Also happy that boarding is working out.

I love the socialization and activties your company provides for our fur babies. I don’t ever have to worry about any dog aggressive behavior because of the nurturing and positive environment.

I like that the dogs are monitored and that’s it’s very clean
