Everything the services the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the building itself how communicative everyone is my favorite part is being able to see the dog on the WebCam

It would be nice if the the Webcam did not time out as fast as it does. I feel you have to refresh way too often. I have updated my card on file recently, was a little surprised when I was contacted again to update. So for the food menu, if possible it would be nice to have fish options.

I like your hours and that you are open seven days a week. I also like the fact that my dog comes home exhausted. My dog seems very happy when he goes to Dogtopia.

I love that the facility is indoors. Amy and Reanna are so personable when I called and brought Reco for his meet and greet! Not sure of the girl who did Reco’s eval but she was personable too! I highly recommend DOGTOPIA in Longwood..the one in Apopka is closer for me but when I called whomever answered the phone was not bubly and informative so I chose the Longwood location. LOVE that i have access anytime to the Webcam and you’re open 7 days a week and can come in ANY time! Reco had the best day ever!! Thank you to all your wonderful staff ❤️ 🐾 🐾 💙 see you soon

The Staff is wonderful. My dog loves daycare, it is very clean and i like having the Webcam if I want to check on my dog.

My dog is happy! The activities keep her stimulated and me entertained. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always eager to see my dog.
