The staff is so creative with the various themed days, and they genuinely love working with the dogs. 🙂
I like the friendly staff. Always accommodating for my last-minute appointments. The open rooms and camera access is a plus. I do also like the interaction of the staff with the dogs, seems this has improved a lot.
Two issues I don’t like. The price point is soon going to price people out of your services.
The next one all the dog daycares do it, so it’s not just Dogtobia. Close at 6 or 7 pm. Orlando is unique and daycare should be open until 9 or 10 pm. I get the word daycare, that I didn’t miss. Maybe a Friday or Saturday or both do extra late-night hours.

My dog Sully couldn’t be happier when we pull up to Dogtopia. He’s always chomping at the bit to get inside. I have never had a single problem. From daycare to boarding, I trust he’s in great hands! I also appreciate the staff being so kind and flexible.
We were so pleased with the staff and facilities. We were only in town for a short time but I know my dog thoroughly enjoyed himself there. Leilo came home totally exhausted every night so I know he played hard! Thank you so much for being so accommodating – especially at the last minute. We appreciate it!
