Friendly and well-structured.

Everyone is very caring and treat the dogs as if they were theirs.
Piper and Echo are so excited as we pull into the parking lot and love the welcoming as soon as they get in the door.
They are very happy, well attended and return home exhausted from playing with their friends.

Very friendly and accommodating to my dog’s needs. She gets nervous and doesn’t eat at times, but you make sure to try different things and she didn’t drop any weight with her most recent stay.

Friendly staff, camera accessibility to see what my dog is doing, but wish that there was better angles in the rooms, as I know there is a lot more room to see. The ease of scheduling the different services that are offered. It is convenient to where I live.

Very nice folks who care about pets. Would be nice for boarded dogs to have own glassed rooms instead of kennels.

I have a small dog who is often in the caged area off to the side during daycare. After reviewing the video footage throughout the day, I’ve noticed that the smaller dogs don’t seem to receive as much attention or affection as the larger dogs. From what I’ve seen, the only time someone enters the pen with the smaller dogs is to clean up an accident.

In the past, my dog would come home tired and content after playing and interacting with the other dogs. However, lately, when I pick him up, he no longer seems as engaged or exhausted from playtime.

I would really appreciate seeing more engagement with the smaller dogs. They need just as much time, attention, and interaction as the larger dogs do. Thank you for considering this, and I hope to see more balanced attention across all the pups!
