Staff very personable, kind & thorough!
My dog has a lot of energy and gets to play with dogs when he is there and he gets tired.
Available hours for drop off and pick-up. Webcams.
The staff is amazing. They know me. They know my dog. My dog loves them. And the communication is great.
Everyone is friendly and Emmi is starting to fill comfort. We watch her on your webcam and she does not appear to be as nervous. We think in time she will learn to play with other dogs. For now, she enjoys following the coaches. Thank you to all at dogtopia! She comes home happy and tired!

Kind and caring. Really looks like everyone working there enjoys being around dogs and truly wants the best for them.
I loved the way they evaluated my dog to make sure she was a good fit for day care. I also like that the play rooms are monitored so that my dog doesn’t get injured by another dog.
More interaction between the caregivers and the dogs. games, training, tricks, etc. would be nice. hard to say how much there is. Though there are webcams, there is no sound so you can’t determine how engaged the caregiver is.
The personal attention! Marcel loves all the staff as if they were his family.
