Kind and caring. Really looks like everyone working there enjoys being around dogs and truly wants the best for them.
I loved the way they evaluated my dog to make sure she was a good fit for day care. I also like that the play rooms are monitored so that my dog doesn’t get injured by another dog.
More interaction between the caregivers and the dogs. games, training, tricks, etc. would be nice. hard to say how much there is. Though there are webcams, there is no sound so you can’t determine how engaged the caregiver is.
The personal attention! Marcel loves all the staff as if they were his family.
I like that the dogs are constantly being watched over. My dog always seems happy to be there and comes out nice and tired.

The hours of operation are really convenient, especially with my work schedule. The staff has always been friendly and quick to respond via text when I have a question or request. My dog always runs right in with big tail wags, which is a solid indicator that he’s happy to be there. 🙂
