Safety is very important along with friendly and caring staff!!!
I like the staff seem to know the dogs individually pretty well.
I like that dogtopia is always clean. And the play rooms are not over crowded and there are crates for naps and time outs. The staff are so friendly, they remember our dogs names and even ours! Its a very friendly relaxed atmosphere. The enrichment activities are great and also knowing that I can bring extra or special food for my dog. Really great environment. And my dog is sooo excited to go! He knows which days are “dog school” days and is reminding me as soon as I get out of bed those mornings!
Very personalized, they take great care of our pup, and the customer service is top notch! The app is also super user friendly, and they are always available for questions or assistance. Our experience has been consistently excellent.
