Staff is courteous and knowledgeable.
We loved the attention and care to our dogs and how much time they took our to get to know us and them. We love that they are on turf since one of our dogs gets bad allergies from real grass and he burns his paws really badly on hot concrete. We like that we can watch them on camera every once in a while and that they sleep in crates and are just overall very pleased with the way they correct behavior.
Excellent- very clean. Staff is really great with my pups (who can be difficult…)
