I like the attention the dogs get and that so many staff know my dog’s name after just the 3rd visit – that’s impressive! I also like the lunch options since I’m always on the fly and we hurricane -evacuated after Hurricane Helene up to friends in Palm Harbor and the staff has been so kind and understanding and I think my dog is calmer now he’s at a daycare – he really seems to enjoy it!
The Canine Coaches have been great with my 1yo GSD, Cooper! I am very pleased how much they seem to care about his well-being! And they even helped me chase him down when he jumped out of the car in the parking lot because he was so excited to get there! (Only happened once! He tried to get INSIDE Dogtopia, but the door was locked, so he ran behind the building, thank goodness!)
The coaches obviously love working with dogs. My Dory is so happy to see them every time she goes to daycare.
Grooming is very convenient, they can do a simple nail trim or complete spa package while she’s at daycare, saving me an extra trip
Cameras so we can check on our little fur baby.
The staff is wonderful. They remember ME and MY DOG and he always comes home happy. They provide feedback at the end of the day (good or bad) and truly care about him.
