I appreciate the webcams that allow me to check-in during my pup’s stay. He seemed safe and well-tended while he was with you.
I have one thing to add: I never saw anyone pet mine or any of the pups while in the toyroom. Maybe this happens when the cameras are off, but I know I asked if the dogs are given touch and individual attention at times and I was told “They are well taken care of.” I guess I asked the wrong question. And I know the people in the room with the dogs are busy since there are so many dogs each day. The cleanliness is appreciated very much.
As I said, my dog seemed well cared for but he also lost some spirit a few days in and a loving cuddle might have helped him. He did come home to me safely and for that I am grateful.
