The service provided by the team at Dogtopia of Pewaukee is top notch!
First of all, they really care about the dogs, which is the most important service. They also provide quick and thorough responses to questions.
We are very happy with Dogtopia of Pewaukee and plan to continue using them for daycare, boarding, and spa for our dogs.
You guys are great with communication as far as how our dog did. You give her breaks as needed when she gets overstimulated.
First of all the staff is just great. Knowledgeable, kind and caring. It’s very important to me that my little guy is carefully watched over and he loves! going there for his Wednesday and Friday visits. All I have to do is quietly say to him that you have doggy daycare today and he goes crazy with excitement.
Everyone is warm and friendly. They truly care and love my dog.
My pup seemed very happy to be dropped off. He was worn out when I picked him up. Everyone had nice things to say about him. When I looked on the webcams he didn’t look stressed. It’s too bad that not being fixed at 7 months is why he will have to atop coming. If I have him fixed, I would bring him back.
Dogtopia of Pewaukee is a home away from home for my pooch. He’s finally coming out of his shell after being raised during lockdown. The entire staff at Dogtopia is incredible and I don’t worry at all about my dog when he’s there.
They always have so much fun and are well taken care of. I feel very safe knowing they are at Dogtopia of Pewaukee! It’s the only place I will board my dogs!
I truly always appreciate the flexibility dogtopia has! They were able to take my dog last minute a few times and that really helped us out. However I just wish there were more rooms, or that they utilized all of them more often because one of the reasons we stopped going on the regular was because of how crowded the toybox was. When watching on camera my dog was constantly being bothered and bumped as other dogs trying to play didn’t have enough room to. Everyone I have dealt with has been very nice though and the Mother’s Day paw prints were absolutely adorable!
Dogtopia is the best! The staff is so friendly and you can tell how much they care. I recommend Dogtopia to everyone I can!
I love that I can check in on my dog with the web cam and that she gets so much time to roam and play with other dogs.
