Everyone I have encountered at Dogtopia Arcadia has been extra nice and genuinely seem to love dogs. I have no hesitation whatsoever taking my dog for boarding, daycare or grooming.
Only complaint this far would be improved video camera quality and perhaps any ways to make the lobby smell less like a dog/vet gathering

Friendly and patient staff. Obviously all dog lovers working there! Webcams are cool. Indoor and outdoor space – not inside all day is great.

The owner and the staff are always inviting and cheerful, even if I haven’t pre-scheduled online. If they’re not filled up they’ll take our dog without an appointment. We have never had a problem! From Day 1 they welcomed our dog who was reluctant at first, but that’s all it took. Now he’s always excited to hurry in the door! They make everything super easy for drop-off and pickup. Highly recommend this place, it’s the best!
Staff are great and work well but differently with each doggo according to the personality.
