I have lived in Phoenix for over two years and my two French bulldogs have never stayed anywhere else reason being they do a phenomenal job.
Everyone at Arcadia is so kind and friendly! They have welcomed me and my crazy pup Harley with open arms. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my dog’s temperament and obedience since starting daycare. Overall he seems happier and more content which I totally attribute to the love and routine he gets while at Arcadia. Additionally having grooming services at the same location has been so helpful!! We are so happy to be part of the Dogtopia Arcadia family.
I love bringing my dog here! My dog is my world so I worry about him constantly, but every time he comes to dogtopia I am assured that he will be well taken care of!! Maverick and I love Dogtopia and the amazing staff!!!
I enjoy the friendly staff and flexible scheduling to bring in my dog, Cleo. She loves the place and has been going for almost two years now.
Overall, we’ve had an exceptional experience. There is one manager who has a very erratic energy and who always sets our dog off right when we walk in because she comes up to her aggressively when she knows our dog is shy. She also is very rude on the phone and has enacted policies that are a clear money-grab (which is fine, everyone has to look out for their own!). However, she it feels like she actively tries to push away our business. We’ve been coming here for a year, and yet she continues to scold us and act like we don’t follow the rules. But again, overall, we’ve had a wonderful experience. We always feel like our dog is in good hands and feel very comfortable dropping her off.

I love the employees, they are so great with the dogs and very caring. I like the facilities as well and they are very well managed and clean. I also love the outdoor part and the fun activities like pools, tunnels, and bubbles! My dog loves it and never wants to leave! 10/10!
