The Plymouth location has the best customer service. I didn’t give it a full 10 rating because I’d love for my dog to just run free, like outside. It seems all she does is follow the caregiver. I think she is having fun? I don’t know. But I realize this is not your model. I’d just love for her to play with dogs more or dog play was encouraged. At home she begs to play with dogs in the neighborhood so I don’t understand why she just follows the caregiver the whole day. It’s like she follows her resource instead of playing.

I love that your staff is so loving and friendly to the dogs. They all seem to enjoy each and every one.
I hate your receipt system. It doesn’t make sense to me. I need to see legitimate figures:

Your verbiage of in balance means nothing to me
Running balances make sense, for instance as in a check register. Everything else about Dogtopia is great.

Clean environment, the staff is very friendly and caring. We take our dog there about twice a week to socialize her. They know her by name when I bring her in the lobby.

I like being able to watch our dog on the webcam. I also like the convenience of using the app to schedule daycare and boarding. The staff are all very friendly toward our dog.
