I love that my Aurora loves to come and see you guys. She begs every day to come and visit you guys. I also love that she can come there and get her energy out instead of being cooped up her cage while we’re at work. I love how friendly you guys are and every time I come in there you guys know exactly who I am and which dog is mine. Keep up the good work You guys are amazing!
The staff, the facilities, just about everything. Molly races to the door when we get there. I have recommended Dogtopia to several people who were unhappy with their pet’s daycare.
Love the ability to view my dog on camera throughout the day. Also love that the people seem to love my dog, and know him/me/my husband by name so it feels more personal and comfortable to leave my dog for boarding on longer trips.
My only negative is the price. Prices continue to rise and it’s not clear what that cost is going towards, as daycare does not come with any extras. For example on treat days, I still have to pay extra for those treats.
I am very particular about who watches our two labs when we are away. I trust the staff at Dogtopia Plymouth 100%!! It is also a great place for our boys to go just to play for awhile. We have been members since the beginning and can’t imagine going anywhere else!!
The time of operation is great. I like being able to drop my dog off early on days I am leaving out early. The play areas they are in are nice. I like that I can check in on the live cameras. All the staff are nice and friendly. The activities for the dogs are cool (picture days, treats, etc.). I like that my dog can receive services (wash, nails, etc.) here the same day she is in care.

My dog is always so excited to come play with her besties and I know she’s well taken care of. The front desk team (especially Ashley) are always so pleasant and welcoming! It’s the first place I’ve ever been comfortable with boarding as well:)
