I liked the knowledge and training of the staff to take the time to get to know my dog . They genuinely love the pups!

Never had an issue – except last wednesday when I picked up my dog Jesse, the choker chain was not installed properly, fortunate the lady at the desk recognized the issue and corrected the install. My dog is an escape artist and easily could have backed out of the chain once i got in parking lot ! He is so smart, he can open some door in my house, just by jumping and pushing the latch – please insure all personnel is TRAINED ‘how to install it’ ! I think this only happened once before in last 2 years.

You take amazing care of our Kona girl! We appreciate all that you do to make sure all her daycare days are fun and all her boarding visits are stress free.

My pup looks forward to her visits. We think the care and attention is good. Seems that her friends are all well mannered and safe to play with at this location.

The staff is welcoming, friendly, and kind to people and dogs. The facility is clean and new families are given a tour of all the spaces.
