Convenient and helpful, friendly staff
My dogs love going there. It is a very fun place for them and everyone is helpful and friendly!
The staff is always so friendly! Bebe just looks forward to her time at Dogtopia Plymouth- she gets so excited in the parking lot when she realizes where we are. So happy to know our Bebe is so loved and well taken care of while she’s staying with them.
Loved how transparent everyone was with the tour, webcams, and facilities. Staff was friendly and kind, great with all the dogs. It was nice seeing every dog look so happy and excited to visit! Angelo enjoyed his first day there.

You take such good care of Koda–whether it’s just for the day or for a multi-day kennel stay, we feel safe and confident when we leave our fluffy guy with you!
The primary reason I like Dogtopia’s services is that my grand dog is happy when he visits!
Everyone I spoke with seemed friendly, knowledgeable, happy to be with the dogs. Liked watching webcams to checkin on the fun being had. Puppy was tired and ready for snuggles
It’s clean, very personal, I feel my dog is getting great care and having fun. I can leave my dog and feel confident that she is in good hands.
What I is GREAT about Plymouth Dogtopia – in No Particular Order
1 – I am always greeted with a SMILE when dropping off my ‘best friend’ !
2 – My best friend PULLS me into the reception area == I immediately know he wants “IN”
3 – The business is ‘well-managed’, plenty of STAFF (Ready to take my friend to the play area)
4 – On Pick-up at 3pm, I seldom need to wait 5 minutes
5 – The staff knows my name and wishes me a Great Day once my friend is taken away
6 – The staff knows my dog’s name, mainly because he is friendly and gives kisses – just ask him
If I could implement a ‘change’ : Senior Discount for Owners over 65 (I am 79)
There are a few incidental compaints over past 2 years, but all have been addressed quickly!
