Amazing customer service, from the very first phone call inquiring about Dogtopia, and if it would meet my needs to my pup’s first meet and greet. Sam checked in on my pups to make sure they were doing okay the following day. Their human dad had passed away about 6 weeks ago, and they were grieving so bad, sitting by the front door waiting for him to come home, one even chewed her tail raw. Dogtopia is the best decision for my pups and myself. I can not say enough positive compliments after my tour, and how everyone knew everyone’s dogs name.
