Everyone has been so welcoming from day one. It’s difficult to work full time and find a new daycare/boarding closer to home. We found the perfect place at Dogtopia.

Willow is usually leary of new people but not at dogtopia she loves going and is always very excited to be there. I like her being able to burn off some energy cause she’s very hyper. Also it’s keeping her friendly with other dogs.

Front of house staff is friendly and does a great job remembering us and relationships and dog personalities. My dog is always happy and content when he attends! Convenient boarding and daycare services.

The Plymouth location has the best customer service. I didn’t give it a full 10 rating because I’d love for my dog to just run free, like outside. It seems all she does is follow the caregiver. I think she is having fun? I don’t know. But I realize this is not your model. I’d just love for her to play with dogs more or dog play was encouraged. At home she begs to play with dogs in the neighborhood so I don’t understand why she just follows the caregiver the whole day. It’s like she follows her resource instead of playing.

I love that your staff is so loving and friendly to the dogs. They all seem to enjoy each and every one.
I hate your receipt system. It doesn’t make sense to me. I need to see legitimate figures:

Your verbiage of in balance means nothing to me
Running balances make sense, for instance as in a check register. Everything else about Dogtopia is great.
