More staff in the room actually playing with the dogs not just walking thru the dogs.

Every employee knows my dog by sight and genuinely cares for her well being. Everyone seems to truly enjoy their job and my dog, being able to pick up on those emotions quickly, is always excited when she goes there.

Dogtopia is a wonderful place that allows my dog to play safely with so many other dogs at Dogtopia. The awesome staff do a great job of making sure that all the dogs are monitored all the time, and we are able to watch our dogs play on the app on our phones. The staff is kind and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable leaving my fur baby Thor with them right away. I also loved how clean it is, not easy when there are a lot of pets running around.
