The friendliness of the staff and the genuine love care and attention they show my dog!

My dog Jessie LOVES dogtopia in Plymouth, he would drive the car himself to see his friends and the workers each week if I could train him to do it. From the time we exit the car, he drags me to the front door (requiring my muscles to hold on to hime), He is so smart that he has learned the route I drive each week to get there by 9am – THEN starts barking when he sees the last traffic light and I turn onto Main St. I have been using Your Plymouth Dogtopia for about a year after LEAVING the Northville Dogtopia, which was very good until an ownership change. I later learned each Dogtopia is a ‘privately owned business’ — the Dogtopia in Plymouth is currently owned by people that care about their pets and do their best that they try and maintain a workstaff, so not only Jessie knows them each day but more IMPORTANTLY that they know him and his habits and what environment he enjoys the BEST. This allows the COACHES to place him in an Area that he loves the best! The worskstaff at the front desk is normally outstanding, but every now and then, workers leave to pursue a new carreer and a replacement ‘new hire’ is required. All workers are TOLD to WELCOME the DOG and the Owner when LEAVING to ENJOY the DAY. CONGRATS to EVERYONE at PLYMOUTH Dogtopia, Continual with an enjoyable experience each day we visit.

Very friendly. Girls know Dolly’s name and always welcome her when we arrive. Clean.

The staff is very friendly and professional. My dog has been coming to daycare for 2 years and he loves it. I know my dog is well taken care of when he is there.

Ease of bringing our pup in and ease at pick up, flexibility to change length of stay if necessary, very friendly staff, clean facility, photo op, special activities during the week, receiving photos in our email of our pup.

We love that our puppy (Aurora) loves to come in play with you guys. She gets very sad when it’s not daycare day or if it is daycare day and we don’t take her. She knows exactly where she’s supposed to go. All the staff that I have encountered have all been very friendly, sweet and caring.

Everyone is very friendly and approachable. Coaches love and care for my dog as if she is their own. My dog is excited to go there and comes back tired with a wagging tail.
