My dog loves going to Dogtopia. I appreciate the longer hours for daycare if needed (7am to 7pm). Staff has turned over a lot lately, which is a shame because my dog had really bonded with some of the staff that left, but we are still loyal customers.

We had a great experience with Dogtopia of Pearl. The people there seemed genuinely informed and caring toward our dog’s comfort. We wish there was a room for truly small dogs (0-15lb) because 0-35lbs is a huge range.

The staff seems to love Ruby and we appreciate this! We like the cameras to check in on her and we love that she’s happy heading in and heading out.
We miss Joelle and Kate though!

Thank you so much for welcoming Fancy to your facility while we were on vacation. It was so nice to keep a bit of routine for her while away. We look forward to having her play again on future visits to Portland.

Nice personnel. Clean facilities. The combination of grooming and daycare.

My only disappointment is that for Daisy’s one night stay, we included a bedtime treat and a nap treat (we picked her up after 2pm) and neither treat was given to her. We included the treat in the instructions and each was in a labeled baggie with her name and the time of day to give it. I did not call or email because I figured at least her two meals (dinner and breakfast) were given to her. I’m not sure how this could have been so easily missed 2 times in just over 24 hours.
