Everything, amazing staff

I started with some schedule chaos due to staffing issues, but the staff was timely in their response and incredibly friendly. The customer service made the appointment changes a non-issue and, in fact, made me believe in them more. I plan to be a customer for a long time!

Friendly staff, fun for doggos and parents, clean and great people that care about the dogs!

Efficient check in and out, grooming availability, the people who work there seem to really love our pups and take good care of them.

Great communication and peace of mind when I leave my dog with them. He always comes back happy and worn out (in a good way).

Clean facilities and knowledgeable about behavior. I loved getting to see Flip play on the webcam.

The team is amazing! Our dog is so happy there. Everyone is thoughtful, courteous, and caring. The facility is very clean and well managed. I also like the creative events and food specials for the pups. We recently boarded our dog there for a week and she did great!

When we first started taking our dog Pixie, she was a shy, nervous dog with separation anxiety. But after 4 months, she’s excited to go and see her friends. She’s completely changed from the dog hiding behind the trash to the one in the middle of the pack. She even initiates play with dogs outside of daycare now!
